Senior Product Manager

Pay up to £77,740, plus 28.97% employer pension contributions, hybrid working, flexible hours, and great work life balance.

We're searching for two Senior Product Managers to join DWP Digital's Children and Families team, helping deliver inclusive, user-centred services for separated families and expectant mothers. You'll lead product strategy, make evidence-based decisions, and guide service transformation across multiple teams, mentoring, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to our Product Community.

Our teams use fresh ideas and leading-edge tech to build and maintain digital solutions that will be used by nearly every person in the UK, every day and at key moments in their lives.

You and your role

We're on the lookout for two exceptional Senior Product Managers to join our award-winning Children and Families team at DWP Digital.

Our mission? To make sure separated families and expectant mums get the support they need to give children the best possible start in life. It's meaningful, complex work, supporting people through some of the toughest moments they'll face. And we're proud to be transforming how these services work, making them more inclusive, more joined-up, and more user-focused.

You'll be leading the charge across multiple products and teams, helping shape services that work across all channels and throughout the full journey. We've already made big strides in modernising how we support families, and now we're looking for visionary leaders who can take things even further.

What you'll be doing

You'll also be part of our Product Community of Practice-a space where Product Managers across DWP Digital come together to share ideas, support each other, and solve common challenges.

Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield, whichever is most convenient for you.

Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and sometime collaborating face to face in a hub.

Pay: We offer pay of up to £77,740

Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%.

Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days and rising to 31 days over time.

You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time. You'll also get all the usual public holidays.
