Head of Product Management and Technology - RedCat Digital

Senior Product Manager | Remote | Up to £100,000 basic + equity

(you must be able to travel to the central London office when needed)

A fast-growing tech company is building tools that help collect the high-quality human data needed to power the next wave of artificial intelligence. While AI models are becoming easier to build, it’s the diversity and richness of human input that will truly shape their future.

The Role

The Senior Product Manager will lead one of the core teams responsible for improving the company’s data collection platform. This platform is used by some of the world’s most innovative organisations and tech companies to train and improve AI systems and it needs a total overhaul of the experience that these companies and individuals go through to access the data.

Impact: The person in this role will set the direction for their product area, make key decisions, and work closely with engineers, designers, and researchers to bring ideas to life. Their work will directly affect how AI learns from real human input.

What You’ll Do

• Understand customer needs and turn them into practical, valuable product features.
• Make decisions that balance experience, technical feasibility, and commercial goals.
• Remove obstacles that slow down progress and simplify complex problems.
• Work in close partnership with design, research, and engineering to test and improve ideas quickly.

What You’ll Need

• Experience leading product development in a technology company with some Scale-up experience being essential
• Knowledge of the differences between building for businesses (B2B) and individuals (B2C).
• Confidence in using data to guide decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in startups or fast-growing companies.
• Background in AI or machine learning.
• Involvement in the wider product management community.
