The Role
We’re recruiting a Senior Product Manager (voice and video) at Justice Digital to join our collaborative Digital Infrastructure and Security Operations (DISO) Team.
The Technology Services team within Justice Digital manages infrastructure, end user computing, onsite support, and technology projects across 95,000 devices and 900+ sites.
This role aligns with the Senior Product Manager from the Government Digital and Data Framework.
We seek a individual with strong interpersonal skills, experience working with delivery-focused, agile multidisciplinary teams, and a willingness to share knowledge across the MOJ and government.
Justice Digital aims to transform access to justice services, simplifying and speeding up the justice system while saving costs.
This role involves leading a team responsible for Strategy, Operations, Supplier Management, Budgets, and Finance for ICT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of digital, analogue, and IPT Voice & Unified Communications services.
- Ownership of video conferencing and procedural video services, including evidence recording.
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for Voice and Video services, collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Identify user/business requirements to inform features, procurement, and product development.
- Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch, support, and future updates.
- Align product strategy with broader business objectives, developing business cases and procurement documents.
- Contribute to procurement activities with Commercial colleagues.
- Develop performance metrics and reports for Networks, Voice, and Video.
- Manage supplier performance and delivery, ensuring contractual compliance.
- Monitor service performance, identify improvements, and resolve incidents and problems.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
