Senior Product Manager - Travel

As a Senior Product Manager , your focus will be on our Governance, Risk and Compliance, (GRC) product , you will define and drive the end-to-end product vision and strategy for your area. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points and prioritize and sequence feature development and releases leading to significant and tangible business value. You will build strong working relationships across multiple engineering, design, project management, and business teams, and work closely with senior leaders within product development and across the company. You will be an advocate for your customers throughout the organization and hold a very high bar for building high quality products.
Influence stakeholders and engineers with the right data points by driving clarity and alignment
Create and drive alignment to execute faster, communicate often and highlight risk early
Collaborate extensively with cross functional teams, including Engineering, User Experience, Customer Success, and Go-to-market teams to drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of the product
You will be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas
As an expert, you will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areas
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
Experience within Audit or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
A proven track record of leading the development of product vision and strategy
Shipped products with great customer experience user reviews
An excellent understanding of product development and how web technologies work
Working knowledge of Audit or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) space or with related subject matter
Travel Requirements and Working Conditions
Willingness to travel up to 40-50% for customer meetings, team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests
