Job Summary The Senior Product Manager will act as a strategic problem solver, identifying high-leverage opportunities to drive customer value and business efficiency. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the role requires autonomy, collaboration, and the ability to deliver impactful solutions in a regulated fintech environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of innovative products that simplify the mortgage process Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company mission and customer needs Conduct user and process discovery through shadowing, data analysis, and testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and fast-paced delivery Act as the voice of the user, balancing commercial goals with customer outcomes Support the development and adoption of AI and automation solutions
Candidate Requirements
