As a Senior Product Manager at Flo, you will lead the strategy of the Engagement Tech stack to drive the strategic direction and roadmap for:

• Our proprietary marketing automation solution, enabling us to deliver innovative personalized experiences to our customers through communication channels.
• The ML-powered relevancy of content to users through both the marketing automation solution and in-app.

This role involves defining strategy, prioritizing features, and delivering solutions that enable stakeholders to execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will also develop strategies to provide more relevant content to users across in-app and communication touchpoints. This is a strategic position at Flo with significant impact and opportunities to implement advanced methodologies for growth.

Your Experience

Must have:

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with agile methodologies
• Experience collaborating with ML engineers on complex machine learning challenges
• Experience with marketing automation, customer communications (Email, push, in-app messaging), and personalization
• Strong technical background in marketing automation and ML concepts, processes, and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage trade-offs and priorities
• Comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities

Nice to have:

• Experience in health tech
• Experience in large-scale B2C subscription apps
• Experience personalizing in-app content
• Leadership experience in building marketing automation solutions
• Experience working across multiple markets and regulated sectors

What you'll be doing

Responsibilities include:

• Leading Flos marketing automation strategy and roadmap for email, push, and in-app messaging platforms to enhance product growth and retention
• Delivering personalized content within communications and in-app experiences
• Collaborating with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to gather insights and prioritize requirements
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and personalization
• Monitoring product performance, gathering feedback, and making data-driven improvements
• Communicating product vision, strategy, and value to stakeholders

Salary Range: Lithuania - Starting from 7200 gross/month; UK - Starting from 105,000/year. Ranges vary based on skills and experience.
