About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the Applied ML team within the Autonomous Labs initiative.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping AI products that enable discovery, drive translational research, and empower teams across multiple scientific domains. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, science, and technology, in a mission-driven, high-resource environment.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute holistic AI/ML product strategy across multiple research programmes and scientific domains.
- Work with programme leads to identify applied AI opportunities, setting the product vision and roadmap
- Translate complex scientific, operational, and business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Manage the development and launch of new AI products and enhancements to existing platforms.
- Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ within technical teams, ensuring solutions address real scientific challenges.
- Present strategy, progress, and insights to leadership, executive stakeholders, and Applied ML teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Product Management within autonomous labs, AI research platforms, or applied ML environments.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML product lifecycles and technical workflows, including data science, ML Ops, and engineering teams.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, capable of working with technical, operational, and business teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-impact environment where priorities evolve rapidly.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting strategy to senior stakeholders.

Salary is compromised of base + bonus. They pay extremely well & are not confined by typical salary bandings.
