Identify pain points in processes or tooling and make them better. What will make you successful Proven experience with React Native : youve shipped apps that people use and know how to squeeze every drop of magic out of the platform. Strong grasp of Next.js and server-side rendering for web apps. You notice the little things : pixel-perfect design, smooth animations, intuitive flows. Comfortable building cross-platform experiences : iOS and Android should feel equally delightful. Experience with design systems : you know when to follow them and when to break the rules. You think like a product engineer : coding is solving problems, not just writing lines. Thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment , taking ownership and navigating uncertainty.
