Working closely with Product Managers, Researchers, and other Designers, you'll play an important role in shaping user experiences, influencing design strategy, and delivering high-quality, future-proof solutions.What you'll be doing** Designing engaging, customer-facing digital products across web and mobile** Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centred solutions** Using research, data, and market insights to inform design decisions** Contributing to and evolving a shared Design System and component library** Working closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation** Playing a role in shaping design processes and best practicesYou'll ideally have most of the following** Strong visual design skills with a focus on creating polished, effective UI** Experience across the full design lifecycle from wireframing to final UI** Proven experience working with Figma and Design Systems** Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams** A proactive mindset with the confidence to bring new ideas and challenge thinkingThe offerThis is an opportunity to join a company where your work will reach a wide audience, contribute to meaningful outcomes and is truly valued.
