Senior Procurement Consultant – Leeds A leading construction and infrastructure consultancy is expanding its procurement team in Leeds and is seeking a Senior Procurement Consultant with strong highways and transport infrastructure experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most high-profile highways programmes, supporting clients through complex public sector procurement, commercial strategy and contract delivery under NEC forms of contract. The successful candidate will operate in a client-facing role, providing trusted procurement advice across major infrastructure schemes. What sets this role apart is the depth of procurement exposure. Responsibilities The Senior Procurement Consultant will be involved in end-to-end procurement, including procurement strategy development, sourcing route selection, tender management, contract award, post-contract commercial management and supplier engagement. Qualifications

Strong procurement experience within highways or transport infrastructure Proven delivery under NEC contracts Public sector procurement exposure, including compliant tendering and governance Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across client and supply chain environments A desire to develop quickly within a well-established consultancy environment
