Experienced process improvement professional (certified to Black Belt level or above ) with a exposure to Affordable housing / Retirement living / Social impact property investment required on an initial 6 month contract basis.

This is assignment is deemed outside IR35 and offers a rate of £650 / day, based flexibly from London.

You’ll play a key role in optimising socially impactful property / housing investment and asset management processes, ensuring they are efficient, auditable, and aligned with industry best practices. You will lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across the property and real asset function - mapping, assessing, and redesigning business processes for efficiency, compliance, and scalability. You will support implementation of ISO frameworks, related to quality and asset management, working closely with internal stakeholders in property, operations, compliance, and risk.
