Key Responsibilities Drive PMO excellence across a multi-workstream CRM transformation programme. Maintain and enhance programme governance (MS Project), reporting, RAID management, and delivery frameworks. Partner with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders, providing clear, concise insights and challenging where necessary. Lead resource planning and forecasting, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Support financial tracking, budgeting, and benefits realisation activities. Coordinate programme milestones, dependencies, and critical path analysis. Champion continuous improvement across PMO processes and tooling.
