The organisation is committed to high service standards, compliance, sustainability and the ongoing development of its technical teams.Your new roleAs a Senior Plumbing & Heating Engineer, you will be a key member of the Reactive Maintenance team, delivering a professional, customer-focused service across a varied estate. Reporting to the Reactive Maintenance Manager, you will work independently to manage and prioritise your workload, responding to both reactive and planned preventative maintenance requirements.The role will involve installing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing plumbing, heating, gas and mechanical systems, including boilers, pumps and associated plant. You will support statutory compliance activities, act as an Authorised Person for relevant permit systems (subject to training), and supervise specialist contractors when required.You will also provide technical support during incidents and emergencies, mentor apprentices and improvers, and work collaboratively with wider estates and projects teams to identify system improvements, reliability issues and opportunities for energy and water efficiency.
