The project: We are supporting a major client in the maritime sector to develop their capital investment programme over the next 5 years. This role is based on site in Liverpool 4 days per week.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering client-focused outcomes through strategic planning, governance and performance management.
• Acting with integrity, supporting commercial negotiations, strategy development and accountable decision-making.
• Enabling people to excel through collaboration, knowledge sharing and inclusive stakeholder engagement.
• Managing application of planning, scheduling and EVM methodologies across complex projects.
• Managing and develop high-performing planning teams delivering robust project controls.
• Influencing clients and stakeholders through clear analysis, insight and recommendations.
• Supporting net zero outcomes through collaborative, carbon-conscious project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

• Professional membership or equivalent development (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE or similar).
• Extensive infrastructure project and programme planning experience.
• Strong commercial, financial and senior stakeholder management capability.
• Proven leadership of large teams with sustainability and carbon awareness.
