Your New Role ...
As a Senior People & Culture Partner at Warner Bros. Discovery, youll be at the heart of shaping the future of WBD Sports across the UK and EMEA. This is more than a traditional HR role its a unique opportunity to influence culture, drive transformation, and partner with senior leaders to deliver meaningful impact in a fast-paced, global media business.
Youll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, guiding them through complex organisational change, talent strategy, and cultural evolution following our recent merger. Your work will directly support the growth and success of our people and business, ensuring alignment with WBDs global vision while tailoring solutions to local needs.
With a strong focus on collaboration, youll work closely with colleagues across the UK, EMEA, the US, and beyond connecting the dots between global strategy and regional execution. Youll champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, and play a key role in embedding these values into our teams.

Your Role Accountabilities
- Be a trusted and strategic partner to senior leaders, proactively partnering with them on all people-related matters.
- Develop close working relationships and understanding of business goals to facilitate effective people and organisational solutions.
- Partner with leaders on organisational changes, ensuring legal compliance and providing constructive challenge and advice.
- Support initiatives and organisational changes to align with WBDs global vision and local needs.
- Partner with the Specialist P&C CoE teams to provide proactive support and solutions.
- Support the development of a best-in-class P&C team by analysing processes and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Know your top talent within your client groups, facilitate calibration sessions, development opportunities, and retention strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experienced business partner capable of engaging at the executive level in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
- Previous industry experience supporting sport is advantageous.
- Commercial awareness and curiosity about the business to maximize influence.
- Collaborative mindset to develop capability and culture initiatives.
- Ability to make sound decisions, connect dots across functions, and challenge assumptions.
- Experience leading projects and change programmes.
- Independent judgement and decision-making skills to enhance business performance.
- Strong self-prioritization skills to manage complex workloads and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Hybrid Working - This role combines remote and in-office work, subject to company policy and agreement with your Line Manager. WBD reserves the right to modify this arrangement as needed.
