Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing interactions with insurance and pension providers, dealing with all platform services, assisting clients with documentation, maintaining client records, supporting financial advisors, executing administrative tasks promptly. Efficiently manage daily interactions with insurance and pension providers to ensure a seamless and professional experience. Support clients in completing necessary internal documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards. Aid financial advisors in the preparation and processing of client documentation, enhancing the efficiency of client service delivery.
