Senior Payroll Administrator - Perm - Hybrid - London - up to £65,000 per annum

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a well known firm, who are looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator, on a permanent basis. The detail oriented Senior Payroll Administrator will take ownership of payroll operations for UK, Ireland, EMEA & APAC, responsible for managing end to end payroll for approximately 500 employees. The position requires strong UK & Ireland payroll knowledge, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work confidently and independently in a fast paced environment. This role is on a hybrid basis consisting of 4 days in their London office.

The Senior Payroll Administrator will be assisting/overseeing duties such as: Preparation of the outsourced payroll process including preparation of monthly payroll, and payroll tax filings, for 500 employees. Reconciliation of payroll-related expenses to the monthly journal Review and post monthly journal entries for payroll related expenses Perform the monthly payroll benefit and payroll tax liability reconciliations. Assist with ad-hoc payroll and benefits queries for employees in the UK, Ireland, EMEA & APAC regions Ensure compliance with payroll and tax laws across all countries

Key Skills: Min 2-5 years of experience working within UK & Irish Payroll CloudPay & Workday Payroll would be beneficial Ability to effectively manage personal workload, including understanding priorities, delivering to tight timelines and managing customer expectations.
