Senior Paraplanner

An established and highly organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join its high-performing team. This is a key technical role providing full support to Consultants, delivering high-quality client outcomes with precision and professionalism.
This opportunity also offers a structured pathway into a future Consultant role for those seeking progression.
The Role
You will:
* Produce clear, compliant and technically robust suitability reports
* Analyse client objectives, existing plans and risk profiles
* Conduct whole-of-market research across pensions, investments and protection
* Perform complex technical calculations and support cashflow modelling
* Provide high-level technical support to Consultants
* Ensure regulatory, compliance and quality standards are consistently met
* Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
At senior level, you will also:
* Quality check and support the development of other Paraplanners
* Mentor Trainee Paraplanners
* Assist with complex cases and technical calculations
* Contribute to business improvement initiatives
* Support client meetings where required, including presenting cashflow analysis
About You
* Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum)
* Experience within an IFA / Financial Planning environment
* Strong suitability report writing experience
* Excellent technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection
* Cashflow modelling experience
* Familiar with research tools such as FE Analytics / Iress
* Strong regulatory awareness and attention to detail
Desirable:
* Chartered or working towards Chartered status
* Experience mentoring or checking the work of others
* Confident presenting technical information
