As the business continues to scale, our client is looking to appoint a Senior Paid Social Specialist to take ownership of paid social performance and play a key role in the next phase of growth.

This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role, offering full technical ownership of paid social performance across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, with responsibility for meaningful budgets and commercial risk.
About You
Extensive hands-on experience in paid social within performance-led environments
Demonstrable end-to-end ownership of paid social campaigns across Meta and/or TikTok
Strong experience managing, scaling, and optimising meaningful paid social budgets
A structured, evidence-led approach to testing, optimisation, and insight generation
Strong capability planning, briefing, and iterating paid social creative across static and video formats
Ability to diagnose performance shifts and clearly explain decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes
Clear communicator able to collaborate effectively with Paid Media, SEO, Content, Design, Operations, and Sales teams
Bonus Points
Meta or TikTok certifications
Experience refining testing frameworks or defining paid social best-practice standards
Hands-on creative production experience using Canva or Adobe tools
Familiarity with CRO principles and insight-led creative optimisation
