Senior Operations Technician - Water Recycling

Salary: Circa £42,000 depending on skills and experience and business use of company van (+ Standby and overtime)

Permanent : Full Time, 37 hours per week

We are looking for a Senior Operations Technician with a Mechanical, Electrical, or Water Treatment bias to join our team in Witham. Reporting directly to the Operations Support Manager, you will work with other teams to drive continuous improvement across our Operations Work and Pumping Station Assets. You will provide technical support, expertise, and advice to deliver effective and efficient operations of Water Recycling Operations resources, processes, assets, and systems.

As part of your role, you will identify, implement, and share improvements to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the Water Recycling Operations process. You will work closely with relevant teams to deliver efficient solutions to operational issues. This will include coaching and supporting in the development and performance management of Technicians.
