Job Description
As Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of our luxury catering business, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of events for our prestigious clients. You will play a key role in managing logistics, coordinating events, and leading a team of dedicated staff to maintain our high standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the catering operation, from event planning to execution, ensuring seamless service throughout.
Manage and coordinate logistics for events, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
Ensure that all operations comply with venue rules and regulations, as well as the company’s policies and procedures.
Be responsible for managing event budgets, ensuring cost control, and maximising financial resources to meet company and client expectations.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in operations management within the luxury catering or hospitality industry of large high-value events.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client, venue and supplier relationships.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
