Senior Operations Manager – SouthAssisted Living CateringWe Put People First so you can Deliver Outstanding ServiceWe are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Radish team, overseeing the catering services across our Assisted Living portfolio.At Churchill, doing right is at the heart of our values. This is why we will provide you with all the tools, training, support and resources that you need to develop in your career.You’ll be managing and motivating a team of field-based Operation Managers to produce maximum returns whilst managing and developing strong team and client relationships.No two days will be the same. When you’re dealing with people there’s never a dull moment, and you’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to support and develop your team.You’ll love being empowered to make decisions and finding your own solutions to problems.You’ll be:Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfactionProviding and maintaining the quality of service deliveryDrive innovation and mobilisation of any new business winsClose analysis of the business and production of operating strategies for the region.Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Senior Manager .Hold regular contract and specification review meetings with customersBe responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered toLooking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.You’ll have:Excellent communication and people management skillsStrong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior levelExperience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysisWorking knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industryAbility to work to tight timescalesExperience working with Retirement or Assisted Living clients previously would be highly desirablePassionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.Hold a full driving license and be able to travel to sitesAt Churchill, relationships are the glue which holds us together – you’ll be someone who works collaboratively with your team and builds a strong bond with your clients.
