- Are you tenacious enough to create something fking legendary?**
- Driven by the hunger to crush growth and maximise revenue?
- Ready to shatter the norm and build the future of hospitality?
- If you’re here to win and make a real impact, we want you.
At Lean Kitchen Network (LKN), we’re on a mission to create the world’s most remarkable restaurant brands and food experiences. We push boundaries on flavour, disrupt old-school models, and help our partners achieve more.
Our suite of digital-first and onsite food brands are live in 300+ kitchens across the UK — spanning operators like pubs, hotels, contract caterers, universities, bars, QSRs, and restaurants.
We partner with global icons like Doritos, Heinz, PepsiCo, and Unilever to bring bold food concepts to life and unlock real value for our partners. Our owned brands include Twisted, Europe’s largest social media food network, and Wingfest, the world’s biggest chicken wing festival.
If it’s food served anywhere — we make it brand-led, operationally excellent, and built to scale.
The Role:
As Senior Operations Manager – Hospitality Partnerships, you’ll be the account lead and primary point of contact for our restaurant, pub, hotel, and catering partners.
You’ll own each relationship from launch through long-term success — ensuring our food brands are embedded into each site’s operations, perform commercially, and create long-term value. You'll manage proposition design, cross-functional execution, and ongoing performance across a variety of partner environments.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that blends operational excellence, account leadership, and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create tailored food and brand propositions that align with each partner's venue type and service model — from à la carte and event catering to grab-and-go and delivery
- Work closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure menus and execution are operationally sound and commercially viable
- Lead the full onboarding journey — from kitchen setup and staff training to launch day execution and long-term integration of LKN brands
- Ensure all brand standards and menu delivery are locked in from day one
- Create and implement a tailored marketing strategy for each partner
- Work with graphic designers to brief and deliver all required assets (menus, POS, signage, digital screens, local marketing)
- Own the commercial performance of each partner — ensuring brand fit, strong menu performance, and sustained revenue growth
- Use data to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvements
- Be the go-to contact for each partner — from front-line teams to head office stakeholders
- Build long-term, high-trust relationships and drive consistent delivery and value across the estate
- Travel to partner sites as needed to work shoulder-to-shoulder with operators
- Provide training, solve live operational issues, and ensure delivery is smooth and aligned to brand standards
- Lead the creation of operational guides, training materials, and scalable playbooks
- Ensure consistent quality and delivery across multi-site partner estates
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, and marketing teams to execute brand launches and maximise ongoing performance
- Ensure everyone at LKN is aligned around the partner’s success
Who You Are:
- Data-driven: You make decisions based on solid data, using insights to drive performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimise results
- Commercially focused: You have a sharp eye for revenue growth and maximising profit across all partnerships, with a strong ability to spot opportunities and capitalise on them
- A strategic executor: Details matter and you have a customer-first mindset
- Experienced in hospitality operations, food service delivery, or brand proposition development
- An excellent cross-functional collaborator, able to work across culinary, ops, and marketing
- Obsessed with driving partner success, crushing growth, and maximising revenue
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Relationship-oriented — you know how to nurture accounts, keep stakeholders engaged, and bring value long after launch
Experience Required:
- 5+ years in hospitality operations, partner delivery, or strategic account management
- Proven track record of launching and scaling food concepts in live hospitality environments
- Experience with pubs, hotels, bars, contract catering, or multi-site branded F&B groups
- Confident managing cross-functional teams and working directly with chefs, managers, and head office stakeholders
What You’ll Get:
- A senior role at one of the UK’s fastest-growing food networks
- Real ownership of high-impact hospitality partnerships
- The chance to work with global brands and major hospitality operators
- Hybrid flexibility with national travel and a collaborative, fast-moving culture
- Competitive salary + performance bonus
