Senior Operations Analyst – Major Hedge Fund - £90-120k base + Large bonus A high performing, award‑winning, global Hedge Fund are hiring a London based senior operations analyst. Responsibilities

Lead BAU for the firm’s main strategy and serve as the main point of contact for the investment team (industry leading PM’s/Traders). Oversee internal back‑office and outsource operations tasks, ensuring analytical accuracy and oversight of externally produced work. Manage relationships with multiple external service providers. Project work: learn and apply VBA, SQL and Python to major build‑out initiatives. Project‑manage junior staff on existing projects.

Qualifications

5–10 years experience in hedge fund, investment bank or proprietary trading operations. Strong academics and technical skills (VBA, SQL, Python).

Compensation & Perks The role is paying up to a £120k base salary range and a 50% bonus potential for a top performer. The firm will fully subsidise industry qualifications.
