Our client, an interesting boutique professional services firm with a global presence and a top-tier client base, is looking for a Senior Operations Assistant, reporting to the Chief of Staff. The successful candidate will need to be extremely organised, solution-oriented and innovative. They will possess a ‘can do’ attitude, working independently and contributing to the smooth running of the business.

What you’ll do:
This is a busy Senior Operations Assistant role which is perfect for someone looking for a chance to develop and build a role within an exciting sector! Typical duties include:
  • Managing the 5 meeting rooms, and being the 1st POC for visitors when applicable
  • Coordinate travel, itineraries and related documentation e.g. obtaining visa
  • Managing a range of diaries for the senior management team
  • Formatting documents
  • Supporting with the upkeep of the office including health and safety
  • Track MDs activity with clients on CRM
  • Manage expenses and timesheets for all MDs
  • Updating the CRM with client activity, marketing and BD activities
  • Support CoS with a range of duties from onboarding process for new joiners; IT coordination; project administrator
  • Support with event preparation (internal and external)
  • Ad hoc support for other business areas as required

  • Experience working in a boutique professional environment within an operations based role (Office Manager, varied Receptionist role, Team Assistant with Ops duties)
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to liaise with senior management
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with a small team of like-minded and hard-working individuals
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and CRMs (Salesforce)
