Planning and delivering
age-appropriate activities
to support childrens learning and development Leading your team to ensure high-quality engagement with children Creating a
welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment Managing daily care routines, including
feeding, nappy changing, and sleep times Building positive relationships with
children, parents, and colleagues Observing and assessing childrens progress, keeping accurate records Communicating effectively with parents about their childs day and development What Were Looking For
Experience working with
