The Role:
We’re looking for a National Account Manager to join the UK sales team and take ownership of a small portfolio of high-growth customers, where there’s still huge untapped potential to unlock
You would manage three customers worth c£15m combined; all in strong double digit growth and each with exciting plans for the year ahead which should deliver +30%
This is a strategic and commercially impactful NAM role, managing full P&L responsibility and driving profitable, sustainable growth across a dynamic customer base
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a National Account Manager (SNAM) or experienced Junior NAM hungry for the next step
Background in FMCG or consumer goods, i deally with exposure to grocery, value or general merchandise channels
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships
Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
