My client, a leading Managing Agent, seeks a Senior Multi-site Regional FM with experience managing a portfolio overseeing the delivery of FM services to a mixed-use portfolio. You will liaise with service partners daily and manage your own diary, with a requirement to be site-based.

Another key part of the role involves close stakeholder engagement to deliver a fit-for-purpose service, focusing on initiatives and accreditations such as recycling, NET Zero, WELL, etc.

You will work closely with the client to ensure objectives are met and change is implemented. You will be responsible for managing on-site project works from start to finish, including appointing relevant contractors. Additionally, you will work with the Surveyor to set and manage annual service charge budgets.

Applicants should hold an IOSH/NEBOSH certification and have experience setting and managing service charge budgets.
