An elite quantitative trading firm is looking to make a senior hire into its London-based operations / middle office function as it scales its global trading footprint. This is a high-impact role within a flat-structured, high-performing team that supports trading activity, multi-asset.

The position offers a mix of BAU responsibilities - spanning treasury, settlements, collateral management, corporate actions, P&L analysis etc. The hire will also manage a core project component, playing a key role in shaping and delivering the ongoing development and evolvement of this London based desk support function - roughly 50% of the role will be specific to process automation and infrastructure enhancement, working closely with a market leading internal engineering team. The hire will learn VBA, Python and SQL to a strong standard in the role.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with 5+ years in hedge fund / prop trading operations or middle office, ideally with broad product experience. Excellent academics and advanced tech skills are a requirement.
