Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor | £250m Data Centre | East London | ASAP Start

Looking for your next step in a high-performance commercial team? This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing contractor delivering major MEP packages on blue-chip data centre and commercial schemes across London.

You'll be part of a collaborative team working on technically complex projects, supporting commercial strategy, procurement, and cost control from tender stage through to final account.

The Role • Manage commercial delivery of multiple MEP projects within the London region • Lead procurement, subcontract packages, and supply chain selection • Review tender documentation, identify risk/opportunity, and support bid strategy • Oversee cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management across live projects • Produce and review contractual correspondence, including EOTs, claims and change control • Work closely with site teams to ensure projects run on time and in budget • Prepare and manage subcontracts to reflect agreed scope, variations, and programme requirements • Compile progress reports, cost summaries, and commercial updates for senior leadership and clients
