Senior Mendix Developer Wealth & Asset Management (Outside IR35) Rate: Up to £450/day
Contract: 2-month initial (likely extension to 6 months due to a large product backlog)

Location: UK-based (remote/Hybrid depending on client)
Overview A wealth management client is seeking a Senior Mendix Developer with strong full-stack capabilities and direct experience working with securities, funds, or broader investment/asset management systems . Broader FS/Wealth Management experience is also fine.
Youll be rebuilding an existing funds management and reconciliation system , currently in MS Access , and migrating/re-engineering it into a robust Mendix application as part of a fixed-term transformation project.
Key Responsibilities Lead technical delivery of a Mendix-based funds management & reconciliation platform

Translate the existing MS Access solution into scalable Mendix modules

Work closely with SMEs from wealth/asset management

Implement data flows, validation, reconciliation logic, and reporting

Ensure best practices in Mendix architecture, security, and performance

Contribute to ongoing backlog items (likely extension to 6+ months)

Required Experience Senior-level Mendix developer (Advanced cert ideal)

Proven full-stack Mendix development capabilities

Experience working with securities, funds, asset/wealth management , or financial products

Background in building transactional or reconciliation systems

Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced transformation project.
