Your Role as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager

As a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to handover. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Manage all phases of mechanical building services projects, including planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning. Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination and execution. Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
