Senior Mechanical Engineer : Building Services

Kent (Hybrid Working)

GBP50,000 : GBP60,000

About The Role

Were seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic Building Services team. Youll lead mechanical design on a variety of projects across residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work from home 2:3 days a week.

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading mechanical design from concept through to completion
• Managing client relationships and mentoring junior engineers
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, architects, and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with UK regulations and sustainability standards
• Using industry tools (e.g. Hevacomp, Revit MEP, IES) to develop and review detailed designs
  
  

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 6:8 years experience within UK building services
• Chartered or working towards chartership (CIBSE/IMechE)
• Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Confident communicator with leadership capability
  
  

• GBP50,000:GBP60,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working (2:3 days from home)
