They're now looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to play a key role in project delivery and client engagement.

The Role

You'll take the lead on projects, working from early-stage design through to delivery, while being given the autonomy to make real decisions. You will: Lead mechanical design delivery across multiple projects Work closely with architects and clients to develop practical, design-led solutions Take ownership of technical delivery and coordination Support and mentor junior engineers Contribute to project strategy and problem solving What They're Looking For

Proven experience in mechanical building services design (consultancy background) Strong track record delivering projects across commercial, residential, or mixed-use sectors Confident leading projects and engaging directly with clients Solid technical knowledge across HVAC systems and UK regulations A collaborative mindset and interest in design-led engineering Why This Role?
