Your main responsibility will be to develop mechanical system designs for building projects, ensuring they meet safety standards and comply with regulations. You'll attend design meetings, carry out site surveys, and use industry software to calculate heating, cooling, and ventilation needs. You'll also select and size equipment, prepare reports, and produce detailed layouts and schematics.What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience in mechanical building services design
Familiarity with UK standards (CIBSE, BS, EN, etc.)
Proficiency in design software such as Hevacomp, CyMap, IES, or similar
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
