We are working with an established and highly regarded pub company known for creating distinctive, experience-led venues that go far beyond the traditional pub offer. With a strong personality, loyal communities and an ambition to keep challenging the norm, this business is entering an exciting phase of growth and is now looking to appoint a Senior Marketing Manager to lead its marketing vision.
The Role
This is a senior, hands‑on marketing role suited to a hospitality marketing leader who can balance strategic thinking with execution. Reporting into senior leadership, you will own the marketing roadmap for 2026 and beyond, shaping brand, digital and customer engagement across a diverse portfolio of pubs.
You’ll have a high level of autonomy, leading bold campaigns, driving digital innovation and building strong connections between central marketing and on‑the‑ground pub teams.
Key Responsibilities
Set the direction for marketing activity across the estate, translating commercial goals into engaging, on‑brand campaigns that resonate locally and nationally
Take ownership of the brand’s digital presence, ensuring websites, customer journeys and search performance are continuously optimised and future‑fit
Lead customer engagement initiatives, including the use of data and loyalty platforms to deliver targeted, relevant communications
Oversee all marketing channels, from paid media to in‑venue touchpoints, ensuring content and creative are impactful, consistent and effective
Manage and develop a small, high‑performing marketing team, providing clear direction, coaching and support
Collaborate closely with operational teams to embed marketing thinking at venue level and improve adoption of digital tools and best practice
