Role summary

At LCH, we're at the heart of the global derivatives ecosystem-providing trusted infrastructure and services to financial institutions worldwide. We're looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to lead high-impact marketing initiatives that shape the future of our business.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns to support brand, product, and client engagement goals
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure marketing is aligned, effective, and forward-thinking
  • Lead all aspects of the development of marketing content, collateral, and thought leadership in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all content meet regulatory standards
  • Deliver standout events and webinars that position LCH as a market leader
  • Develop and maintain a high-level sector-specific knowledge - evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data to provide insights and produce effective and engaging marketing plans to meet the overall strategic objectives
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity
  • Run budgets optimally, ensuring return on investment is maximised across all initiatives


What you'll bring
  • Relevant degree or equivalent higher education qualification
  • Experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the finance industry
  • Consistent track record of handling senior stakeholders and influencing at executive level. Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal stakeholders with conflicting priorities
  • High levels of resilience and self-motivation. You show composure under pressure, always be solution-orientated and function as a collaborative partner
  • Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Positive, solutions-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment


Desirable skills
  • Experience across the trade lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on clearing, is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
