Senior Manager of Portfolio Marketing – EMEA
Zebra Technologies is seeking a strategic and commercially‑minded marketing leader to join our EMEA team as the Senior Manager of Portfolio Marketing. This key leadership role will guide a talented team and play a pivotal part in transforming how we position and drive demand for Zebra’s integrated solutions across the EMEA region. You will act as the voice of the EMEA partner & customer and our technical audiences, shaping both regional go‑to‑market plans and global product strategy.
Responsibilities
Portfolio Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive portfolio marketing strategy for EMEA that aligns with Zebra’s growth objectives, resonates with partners and customers, and establishes clear market priorities. Actively influence country‑centric marketing plans, providing strategic consultation to sales and field marketing teams to ensure portfolio messaging is integrated effectively into local GTM execution. Collaborate with global and EMEA product management teams to ensure product launch readiness, leading the GTM execution for new solutions including our transformative AI‑powered devices.
Technical & Business Audience Engagement: Be the technical audience expert for EMEA marketing. Define and engage with key technical personas including IT, Operations, Procurement, and Developers. Leverage market intelligence to develop tailored programmes, thought leadership, and engagement strategies for these audiences across events, technical communities, and digital campaigns. Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to both business and technical personas (partners, customers, and internal stakeholders).
Market Influence & Intelligence: Serve as the “voice of the customer” for the EMEA region, gathering insights on portfolio and solution needs and feeding them back to the global product and marketing organisations to influence future strategy. Act as the key interface into our channel, developing specific value propositions for partners and representing their needs back into the business. Lead the education and enablement of the broader marketing, sales, and channel organisations on our portfolio, competitive positioning, and strategic narrative.
Team Leadership & Content Excellence: Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of portfolio marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, data‑driven decision‑making, and commercial accountability. Oversee the creation and differentiation of relevant, targeted marketing assets, including whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, and digital assets that support the GTM strategy.
Accountability: Influence on Revenue & GTM Success – Contribute directly to achieving portfolio revenue and pipeline targets through effective strategic input and marketing execution. Market Share – Implement campaigns and strategies designed to support market share growth in key product categories. Audience Engagement – Measurable increase in engagement from key technical and business audiences. Team Performance – Successful delivery of the team’s project pipeline and its contribution to GTM readiness and sales enablement.
Qualifications
10+ years of broad‑based marketing or product management experience including 3+ years people management and 2–3 years of indirect channel marketing experience (preferred).
Technical and Audience Understanding: Solid knowledge of technical audiences (e.g., IT professionals, Operations, Developers) and proven ability to engage them effectively by addressing their specific needs and decision‑making processes.
Clarity of thinking & vision – keen prioritisation skills.
Organisational Agility: Matrix, direct and indirect management.
Influence/Negotiation/Partnership skills with product teams.
Drive results and execution.
Ability to thrive in matrixed organisation environment.
Ability to technically understand how products fit in to create and deliver a solution.

Understanding of holistic go‑to‑market readiness, especially readiness of different channels for the portfolio at large.
Competitive analysis, with a focus on neutralising and responding to marketing tactics in region.
Demonstrated willingness to actively participate with vertical marketing teams and Demand Marketing teams.
