We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Management Accountant to join a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. This is a hands-on role offering high visibility, with regular exposure to senior management and the opportunity to influence business performance across the group.\n\nThis role reports to the European Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts across multiple entities, ensuring accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting. You will play a key role in supporting decision-making by presenting clear analysis and commentary to senior stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPreparation and ownership of monthly group management accounts across a complex, multi-entity structure\nProduction and presentation of financial reports, analysis and KPIs to senior management\nDetailed inventory accounting, including valuation, movements, provisions and reconciliations\nBudgeting, forecasting and variance analysis with meaningful commercial insight\nBalance sheet reconciliations and month-end close processes\nContinuous improvement of reporting processes and financial controls\nClose collaboration with operational teams to understand and explain financial performanceRequirements\n\nQualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)\nProven hands-on management accounts experience within a complex or multi-entity environment\nStrong inventory accounting experience (essential)\nAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis; Power BI experience advantageous)\nConfident communicator with experience presenting financial information to senior management\nHighly organised, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines \n\nBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
