Senior Management Accountant | Group role | £50-53,000 + Car allowance + Bens

We are working with an innovative and acquisitive company who urgently need support to the Financial Controller. What You’ll Be Doing

As a key part of the finance leadership team, you will:

Take full ownership of monthly management accounts

Ensure accuracy and control across P&L, balance sheet and cashflow

Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasts

Support group-level reporting to align financial insight and standards

Business partner with non-finance stakeholders to drive informed decision-making

Manage and mentor a team of four finance professionals

Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies

Support the external audit process

About You:

You’ll be a motivated and commercially minded finance professional with:

CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualification

Experience in a Senior Management Accountant or similar role

Strong leadership and team development capability

Confidence working with ERP, accounting systems and advanced Excel

A full UK driving licence (preferred due to occasional travel)
