Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global, market-leading FMCG manufacturer at their flagship site. With continuous investment, site expansion and a strong focus on innovation, they are looking to add several Multi-Skilled Engineers to their high-performing engineering team.
Key Responsibilities

• Carry out both reactive and planned preventive maintenance to maximise production uptime.
  
• Work collaboratively within a team of 12 to improve performance and reliability.
  
• Fault-find, repair, and maintain electrical systems including motors, controllers, sensors and automated machinery.
  
• Support a culture rooted in WCM, TPM principles, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Multi-skilled background across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  
• Level 3 engineering qualification.
  
• Minimum 23 years experience in FMCG or other highly automated, fast-paced environments.

Shift Pattern

• 3 on, 3 off Days & Nights
  
• 12-hour shifts (7am & 7pm starts)
