GLL are currently recruiting a permanent, full time Senior Recreation Assistant to join our team at Pools on the Park, in Richmond. As a Senior Recreation Assistant youll oversee a team oflifeguardswho youll act as a mentor and role model to be responsible for some staff training. Senior Recreation Assistantshave real attention to detail as youll be ensuring the safety of our customers as well as the cleanliness of the pool environment.Senior Recreation Assistantare responsible for maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate, so youll need to be hard working and have a conscientious attitude. Excellent communication and social skills are necessary as youll often be the first point of contact for customers.
