The Senior Legal Counsel will act as a senior member of the Group Legal function, providing high-quality, commercially driven legal support to the General Counsel and the wider group of companies operating across the UK logistics, transport, warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment, and supply chain solutions sectors. The role requires broad commercial expertise, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage a varied workload covering contracts, regulatory compliance, disputes, corporate governance, risk management, and strategic projects. As a trusted advisor to the business, the Senior Legal Counsel will help safeguard the organisations legal interests while enabling growth, operational efficiency, and commercial innovation across a complex and fast-moving environment. Qualifications

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with strong academic background. 610+ years PQE gained in a reputable law firm and/or in house environment, preferably in logistics, transport, supply chain, retail, manufacturing, infrastructure, or similarly complex industries. Strong commercial contracts expertise with working knowledge across: UK logistics/transport regulatory frameworks Health & Safety / compliance processes Data protection & information governance Dispute resolution and litigation management
