Our international established Pharmaceutical client is seeking a further experienced lawyer to join their Greater London based EMEA legal team on a 2 year FTC (which could become permanent).

The role will be corporate and commercial in focus working on legal issues including manufacturing and sales agreements, government licensing, corporate transactions and collaborations, regulatory and compliance and disputes.

You will be a UK qualified solicitor or or European lawyer based in the UK (the role requires 2 days in the office) and have existing experience working within or for the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector. You will also have strong commercial and ideally some transactional and regulatory experience.
