This role is ideal for someone with a great understanding of FCA Regulations coming from a Regulatory Legal background. Key Responsibilities:

Providing strategic legal advice to the business on a range of issues including commercial, regulatory and compliance Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts Ensuring company is compliant with relevant regulations and interacting with relevant regulatory bodies (FCA) and providing training where relevant Working closely with other departments including Finance, Commercial & Compliance Company secretarial duties

Qualifications:

6-8 years PQE E & W Qualified Lawyer Private Practice Law Firm trained with Financial Services In-House experience (including Secondments) Strong experience in Financial Services Regulatory matters and advisory work Excellent educational background
