We are seeking to appoint a Senior Learning and Care Support Assistant to coordinate the provision of specialist support for students with profound and complex needs. Working closely with other team members and curriculum staff, you will design, develop and implement Individual Care Plans, risk assessments and Individual Support Plans. You will also line manage a team of Learning and Care Support Assistants and ensure the completion of relevant administration. Working hours We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate the following: Trained in Manual Handling, First Aid, Safe Administration of Medication, Epilepsy, Anaphylaxis, Dysphasia and Diabetes including the safe administration of Insulin.
