Based in the City, the role is responsible for both the learning strategy for each business and for the operational delivery with the support of the Training Manager. Extensive experience in a senior Learning & Development role with genuine partnering responsibilities in a corporate environment Act as the Senior L&D Business Partner, working closely with the senior stakeholders and broader HR team to deliver a credible and effective learning & development service with tailored solutions to individual requirements Strong capability to identify learning needs and design practical and engaging learning interventions to solve commercial problems Ability to think clearly and deliver in demanding commercial environments Knowledge and skills across the full training lifecycle Flexible approach to work as some UK travel will be required
