Howett Thorpe has been engaged by one of their key clients to secure the services of a Senior L&D Business Partner to deliver learning and development solutions across two key business lines including the leadership and management teams and the broader employee populations based across their London offices and multiple regional sites. Based in the City, the role is responsible for both the learning strategy for each business and for the operational delivery with the support of the Training Manager.

Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in a senior Learning & Development role with genuine partnering responsibilities in a corporate environment
Act as the Senior L&D Business Partner, working closely with the senior stakeholders and broader HR team to deliver a credible and effective learning & development service with tailored solutions to individual requirements
Strong capability to identify learning needs and design practical and engaging learning interventions to solve commercial problems
Ability to think clearly and deliver in demanding commercial environments
Knowledge and skills across the full training lifecycle
Flexible approach to work as some UK travel will be required
