Senior Java Engineer Remote – £65k–£70k Java, Spring, Microservices, AWS

I’ve partnered with a rapidly growing MedTech company that has expanded significantly across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. They’ve built a model that supports and enhances complex online healthcare platforms, and they’re best known for their flagship product, an online doctor platform reaching millions of patients every day.

Specialising in bespoke solutions for healthcare professionals, they’ve quickly earned a reputation for delivering high-quality, streamlined digital healthcare services. Fun fact: they were among the first companies to introduce online doctor services, and their platform is now widely adopted across healthcare providers.

As a Java Backend Developer, you’ll step into a role where each day brings both challenge and impact. You’ll architect new features, breathe life into fresh code, and refine existing systems to keep them running at their best. Working within an Agile environment, you’ll move through the rhythm of analysis, documentation, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring each release is seamless.

Their current tech stack includes Java, Golang, React, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, TDD, and REST APIs. This role requires strong expertise in Java.

Salary-wise, the successful Java developer will earn £65k–£70k, plus bi-annual bonuses, generous holidays and benefits, and participation in their profit-sharing scheme.
