Our client is a highly regarded interior design and bespoke joinery practice, delivering exceptional work across some of the most prestigious private homes in the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex, multi-room residential projects, shaping cohesive and beautifully executed interiors from concept through to completion. The Opportunity: As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the creative direction of high-end residential and heritage projects, delivering thoughtful spatial design and expertly curated FF&E schemes. You will play a key role in translating design concepts into detailed, buildable solutions, ensuring consistency and quality at every stage. This position is ideal for a designer with a passion for craftsmanship, period architecture, and bespoke detailing, who is ready to take a leadership role within a collaborative studio environment. Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership:

Lead design strategy, produce and develop layouts, drawings and bespoke joinery designs; Create presentation boards, material palettes and FF&E schemes; Prepare and manage budgets for client approval; Oversee on-site installations and final styling. Team Collaboration & Mentorship:

Mentor and support Midweight and Junior Designers; Participate in design reviews and site visits. Client & Supplier Engagement:

Build strong client relationships and understand project aspirations; Liaise with suppliers, craftspeople and specialists for costing and delivery; Contribute to the development of the studios materials library. Documentation & Delivery:

Oversee the preparation of presentations, specifications and budgets; Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout all project stages; Lead the design team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Skills & Experience Required from the Senior Interior Designer: Minimum 5 years experience in high-end residential interior design Strong client-facing and presentation skills Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage complex projects In-depth knowledge of luxury FF&E, materials, finishes, and lighting Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel and EstiPC (or similar) Whats on Offer: Salary is negotiable based around the individuals skills and experience which can be openly discussed with the recruiter prior to proceeding Pension scheme Cycle to Work scheme and free parking Regular staff socials 24 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service) Hybrid working
