The successful candidate will work in our accommodation-based services in Northampton, providing housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness. Acting as a keyworker, they will encourage positive and healthy lifestyles while supporting individuals to develop skills for independent living. The role involves close collaboration with partners across the county, using a multi-agency approach to achieve positive outcomes. As a Senior Intensive Housing Management Worker, responsibilities also include overseeing the housing aspect of the service, such as monitoring vacancies, completing health and safety checks, and encouraging residents to pay their service charge.
